These details are used strictly to manage reservations and operate the venue’s reservation workflow.
Where information is stored
Reservation records are stored on the website hosting account in restricted server-side storage. Administrator notifications may be sent using the configured SMTP or PHP mail settings in the admin panel.
Access and deletion
Authorized administrators can view, export and remove reservation records.
